Training opportunities are a regular discussed during supervision and at your annual appraisal leading to your annual personal development plan. appraisal discussion item. The Quality Team ensures that each staff member is updated when Refresher Training is due and your manager will ensure it is in the format that meets your requirements best. Attendance at all training delivered in Antrim is paid at your hourly rate.
