Alongside your family, friends or representative we will work with you to make sure your support is tailored to suit your requirements and goals.

• Bathing, using the bathroom
• Support with specific personal needs such as Continence Management
• Eating and meal preparation including special diets
• Assistance with mobility, transfer and positioning
• Washing, including personal hygiene
• Assisting in and out of bed
• Assisting with dressing and undressing
• Supervision of medication
• Assisted Peritoneal Dialysis

An Extra Care team member will visit you and the important people in your life at the planning stage to make sure your wishes are central to our planning and delivery.

We will review with you how well we are doing and make changes so that as your needs and wishes would change we reflect that in our service to you.
