We are delighted to announce that our devoted Trustee Kerri Bradley has won Business First’s 40under40 People’s Choice Award!

Every year, Business First’s 40under40 list acknowledges exceptional business professionals throughout Northern Ireland who display innovation and creativity across their career accomplishments and those who also contribute positively to their local community. The People’s Choice Award gave the public the chance to vote for their favourite from the list.

Kerri was highlighted for her outstanding work ethic, passion and determination across her previous and current roles as a consultant, trainer, senior manager and director across some of Northern Ireland’s most dynamic organisations – all of which she has achieved at just 32 years of age.

Kerri, who is currently an HR Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, states that hard work really does pay off: “Being selected as Top 40under40 by Business First is such an amazing achievement.

“I have worked really hard throughout my life, starting work at the age of 13 years old. I am delighted to be named and very proud and thankful that my job at Cleaver Fulton Rankin Solicitors and my Trustee position at Extra Care Limited, has most definitely assisted me in gaining such a prestigious recognition.”

Kerri informs that important people in her life helped her to respect the services Extra Care provide which sparked her interest to become involved.

“My sister worked as a care worker and I gained an understanding of the hard work and dedication required to undertake such a demanding and challenging role.

I have an interest in caring for the elderly, as I have myself cared for others throughout my life and as my mother is registered blind I understand just how important it is to be there for her and assist her.

I was discussing volunteering for a board with my mentor and he suggested Extra Care, as he knew this would be something I had passion for and would love to be involved in.”

Congratulations Kerri from all of us at Extra Care.
