Training & Quality

Our focus on training and quality enable us to both meet the challenges facing the care sector while also maintaining the best possible levels of care.

Our Head Office support team are focused on consistently monitoring services to ensure we meet Service Users’ needs and stay compliant with all legislation and regulations.

In detail, that means reviewing processes and schemes such as our Peer Review System, learning logs and comprehensive Quality Improvement Plans, all to enable excellence in every area.

In order to enable continuous improvement, we’ve developed our own unique training programmes, designed in conjunction with our Home Care Support Workers. These training programmes promote best practice and meet all legislative and regulatory requirements in Northern Ireland.
